The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and clinical support to the Medical Director in an outpatient behavioural health practice. This role requires a medical graduate (MBBS) with strong organizational skills, clinical insight, and the ability to manage sensitive patient information in compliance with U.S. healthcare regulations. The assistant will serve as a trusted partner, ensuring smooth coordination of patient care, compliance activities, and operational priorities.

What you will do
  • Responsibilities include: managing schedules and meetings, preparing reports and treatment documentation, coordinating with therapists and staff, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state regulations, and serving as a trusted liaison for patients and external partners.
  • Qualifications: MBBS degree, 2–4 years of healthcare or behavioral health experience, proficiency in EHR systems and MS Office, and a commitment to confidentiality and patient care.
