• Provide intake and diagnostic assessments for new clients
• Provide on-going medication management
• Treatment of patients in accordance with regulations and group policy
• Provide on-going medication management
• Treat conditions appropriate to outpatient psychiatry
• Collaborate with collateral contacts and other providers
• Complete documentation as required and progress notes need to be completed
• on the same day of service.
• CHM will pay the employee for a given service if and only if clinical documentation is received within 24 hours of said service.
