As IT Support Executive - of CHM you will be liable to perform the following job duties:

Technical support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for PC and Mac users
  • Provide first-tier support for audio/visual issues and global meetings
  • Upgrade and manage systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Handle computer upgrades, migrations, and terminations
Customer service
  • Assist users with IT-related problems and technical support
  • Respond to service requests, repairs, and support inquiries
  • Provide VIP support for executives and board members
Ticket management
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets using a tracking system
  • Maintain the ticket queue and team communication channels
System administration
  • Implement business and productivity software
  • Maintain and back up security databases
  • Create and maintain IT documentation and SOPs
Asset management
  • Configure laptops for new hires
  • Process returned assets for reuse or e-waste
  • Track loaner systems using asset management tools
  • Document technical processes, upgrades, and decisions

Requirements and skills
Required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support environment
  • Experience with ticket management systems
  • Basic knowledge of macOS, iOS, Android, Windows, and networking fundamentals
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and AV troubleshooting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Availability for after-hours or weekend support
  • High professionalism and commitment to data security
Preferred
  • Strong passion for troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Attention to detail and IT documentation management
  • Experience managing asset inventory
  • Understanding of standardization and best practices
  • Strong English communication and business writing skills
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations
  • Experience providing VIP executive support
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Education and experience
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
Work experience
  • At least 2 years in an IT support role
  • Hands-on experience with hardware/software troubleshooting and service requests
