As Assistant Manager RCM of Citadel Healthcare Management you will be liable to perform the following job duties.- Supervising staff and assisting with tasks like training, scheduling, and resolving issues, while also
- potentially filling in for the manager's absence.
- Assist in overseeing daily operations revenue cycle management services, including medical coding,
- charge entry, claims submissions, payment posting, follow-up, and reimbursement management.
- Support the Manager in leading a team of revenue cycle management associates and Team Leads.
- Regularly communicate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth operations and resolvebilling-related issues.
- Assist in acting as a liaison with managers and administrators of assigned client components on day-to-day operations.
- Ensure that RCM operations are conducted in compliance with federal laws and departmental protocols.
- Assist in developing and implementing operating policies and procedures in line with federal and state regulations.
- Supervise personnel, including work allocation, attendance, and problem resolution.
- Evaluate performance and make recommendations for personnel actions.
- Motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
- Review and interpret operational data to assess the need for procedural revisions and enhancements.
- Participate in designing and implementing systems to enhance revenue and operating efficiency.
- Provide training for new and existing staff on operating policies, protocols, systems, procedures, standards, and techniques.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned and report to the Manager.
