• Conduct daily audits for Admins every day to ensure adherence to established standards and protocols.
• Document findings accurately and comprehensively, noting or highlighting areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all audit procedures are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines.

• Identify and highlight any issues, discrepancies, or non-compliance observed during audits.
• Promptly escalate significant concerns or recurring issues to Umama for further investigation and resolution.

• Investigate complaints and issues reported by the internal Team or identified during audits.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
